In 1975, Mark Williams started Mark's Landscaping in Orlando, Florida as a sole proprietorship. Initially, Mark's Landscaping was primarily doing residential landscape installation and maintenance. It became apparent very quickly, that there was an opportunity to provide our quality service to a growing commercial, industrial and public works market. In 1978, while continuing to provide services to the residential market, Mark's Landscaping expanded into the commercial, industrial and public works market, providing service to some of the best Owners, Developers, General Contractors and Theme Parks in Florida.

To meet the needs of our growing company, Mark's Landscaping was Incorporated in January of 1980. We relocated to our current 14 acre facility located in Oviedo, FL in 1989.

Mark's Landscaping, Inc. has completed projects ranging from the simplest residential landscape planting to the most complex and difficult projects; such as using a helicopter to install trees due to lack of site access, installing specimen palm trees weighing in excess of 63,000 pounds or transplanting large oak trees with heights ranging 35 to 40 feet tall. Completing many projects on fast track schedules, requiring intense management to meet project deadlines, has never deterred us. We have never failed to meet a challenge or to complete a project on time!
